Service Area

This policy applies to orders placed and shipped within the United States.


Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns are accepted by mail only. In-person or drop-off returns are not supported.

  • A return shipping label is included in the package.

  • No restocking fee is charged.

To initiate a return, email us at info@premiummylarbags.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the product is defective or damaged.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for qualifying items within the 10-day window. A replacement will be sent after we receive and inspect the original product.


Refunds

After your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • All refunds are processed in USD (U.S. Dollar).


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Custom-printed or custom-sized Mylar bags unless defective

  • Opened or used items

  • Products returned after the 10-day window
